All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Return & Cancellation Policy
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery for non-cosmetic/skincare items, if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Sorry, due to the delicate nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at infor@herbaltraditionsskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Once your order is queued and packaged for shipping it can't be modified or cancelled.
